“We LOVE this house. It is a Carmel house totally, in that it's unique, cosy, comfortable. If you want modern and fancy this is not the house for you but if you want a house that epitomizes Carmel, this is it. You can hear the ocean at night with the 2nd floor master bedroom windows open. (no tv's in the bedrooms) It's a short walk to the beach. It's out of the main stream of traffic. One can walk into town to enjoy restaurants and shops.
