Once you have found the home you love, the rest is simple.
1. Complete the Rental Application.
A complete application includes:
- An application filled out by every person that will be living at the property that is over 18 years old
- A non-refundable $25 credit check fee, per applicant
- Proof of income or funds
2. Once the application is approved by the Owner, the lease is signed and the security deposit and first month's rent is collected.
3. The move in is then arranged.
