As Managing Director of Operations and Broker for Carmel Realty Company and Monterey Coast Realty, Jenn Menke brings extensive operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence across all aspects of brokerage operations. With over 19 years in the real estate industry on the Monterey Peninsula, Jenn oversees day-to-day operations, HR and talent management, agent development, compliance, and overall brokerage growth and efficiency.

Jenn began her career as the Real Estate Assistant to the Mitchell Family Team, the number one team at Sotheby's and subsequent owners of Carmel Realty Company. In this role, she managed high-volume transaction oversight, client relations, and service delivery. Her responsibilities and impact quickly expanded, leading to her appointment as Executive Director of the Carmel Realty Property Management Division. There, she successfully oversaw a portfolio of more than 200 luxury properties and managed hundreds of rental transactions annually, generating over $1,000,000 in rental revenue each year.

After building deep operational knowledge in property management, Jenn applied her expertise to guiding home buyers and sellers through successful transactions for several years. She then returned to her roots at Carmel Realty Company, where she now leads operations for both Carmel Realty Company and Monterey Coast Realty. In her current role, Jenn focuses on optimizing systems and processes, enhancing agent support and productivity, strengthening company culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across the organization. She is passionate about building scalable, efficient operations that allow the brokerage to continue delivering outstanding service while growing its market leadership in luxury real estate.

Born and raised in Carmel, Jenn is deeply connected to the Monterey Peninsula community she proudly calls home. In her spare time, she enjoys running along the coastline, cooking and baking, practicing Pilates, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
