Katie McAlister leads both the Vacation Rental and Long-Term Rental departments at Carmel Realty Company, overseeing residential rental operations across the Monterey Peninsula. In this role, she focuses on strategic planning, operational alignment, and delivering a consistently high-level experience for owners, guests, and tenants alike.
With a background in luxury hospitality, including roles at Pebble Beach Resorts, Bernardus Lodge, Kimpton Hotels, and private clubs throughout the Bay Area, Katie brings a service-driven yet highly organized approach to property management. She is known for building strong teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Katie relocated from San Francisco in 2018 and is proud to call Pacific Grove home. Since joining Carmel Realty Company in 2020, her passion for real estate and property management has continued to grow with each new client relationship. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local restaurants and beaches and spending time with her husband and daughter.
