Our Team

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Allison has spent most of her life on the Monterey Peninsula. She attended Stevenson School in Pebble Beach before graduating from UC Davis with a degree in History and a minor in Communication.

She began her real estate career at Carmel Realty in property management, specializing in long-term and commercial properties. Her dedication and expertise helped grow the commercial property management business to include multiple buildings in Carmel and develop lasting relationships throughout the community. That hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service and the communication skills needed to ensure every client experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Allison joined the Shelly Mitchell Lynch Team over a decade ago and has since been an integral part of the team, supporting clients with transaction coordination, escrow management, and client relations. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm approach, she plays an essential role in ensuring each transaction runs seamlessly.

Outside of real estate, Allison enjoys riding and spending time with her horses, as well as wine tasting. She also loves to travel, with favorite destinations including the Falkland Islands, South Georgia Island, Scotland, and Japan.
