Ben is a well-known and highly regarded real estate expert in the Carmel area, covering Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Big Sur, and the Monterey Peninsula. With 40+ years of living and working in this beautiful area, he brings significant expertise and local insight to his clients, enriching their buying and selling experiences. He is ranked in the Top 1% of agents worldwide.

Raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he attended the University of Oklahoma, where he met his wife, Carole. Following five years of Air Force Jet Instructor pilot training, Ben and Carole moved to the Monterey Peninsula. Ben has been active in the community, serving as President of the Carmel Harrison Memorial Library Foundation and President of the Monterey County Boys and Girls Clubs.

He currently serves on the Board of the Carmel Bach Festival, and is proud to have organized an annual local poetry competition for kids. Ben is a committed statewide sponsor in the building science areas of passive homes and sustainable construction practices.

He is a recognized leader in the marketing of healthier homes and smart home technologies, and his latest passion is studying and teaching the complexities of California water and housing development. Ben's favorite activities include piano, poetry, gardening, reading, fly fishing, playing golf, and enjoying time with his son and grandkids.
