As a third generation Pebble Beach resident, Jamal Noorzoy has a unique capability and body of knowledge built from decades of listening about, learning of, and living in Pebble Beach and Carmel. Jamal began his professional real estate career in 1991, selling his first house in Pebble Beach shortly thereafter. From that sale grew a base of knowledge, expertise and a passion for the field rivaled by none, which has led to Jamal accomplishing 350+ transactions in Pebble Beach and 175+ transactions in Carmel and surrounding areas. He holds two US patents for innovative real estate products. Jamal has a skilled support team behind him that provide concierge style services, which has accentuated his ability to work successfully with executives of Fortune 500 companies, celebrities of the entertainment industry, estate trustees and private corporations. He has a record of skillfully negotiating every type of transaction—from the simplest to the most complicated multi-party situations. Education:
A third-generation graduate of UC Berkeley, Jamal earned a degree in Social Science with an emphasis on social economic trends. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, the Cal Athletics Fund, Charter Hill Society and Cal Alumni Association. Upon graduation, Jamal received an invaluable education from his first career of Hotel Management. Here Jamal learned communication, organizational and customer service skills, while working 12 to 14 hours a day in a 575+ room hotel.
 
Personal:
Jamal lives in Pebble Beach with his wife Cece and their two children, Austin, who is currently studying elementary education at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and Robert, a Junior at Pacific Grove High School. Jamal's heritage combines two worlds: new and old. On his mother's side, his ancestry dates back to Jamestown, Virginia, to the 1630s, with his great grandfather arriving in California on the Oregon Trail/Central Overland Route in 1861. Jamal's father arrived at UC Berkeley in 1953 from Kabul, Afghanistan, having won a college scholarship, and he also resides in Pebble Beach. Jamal has enjoyed being a Den Leader, Cub Master, Basketball Coach and an avid spectator of his children's softball and baseball teams, along with an occasional good game of golf.
