Our Team

Rhonda Williams started her real estate career on the Monterey Peninsula in 1972. She has worked every aspect of the business from sales, exchanges, brokerage, development, resort development, building design, construction and the permit process. Her first affiliation was with Real Estate Investment Counselors, becoming a pioneer in real estate exchange. In 1982, Rhonda opened her own office, Pacific Land & Investment Company, concentrating on developing her private clients' portfolio through real estate exchange. In 1988 she joined Pebble Beach's Del Monte Realty Company and began to focus on residential real estate. Rhonda proudly joined the premier, locally owned Carmel Realty Company in 2014.

In addition to Rhonda's real estate career, she partnered in owning and operating the assisted living facility Carmel Inn for Seniors from 1982 to 2002. Rhonda also helped develop and is currently a partner in the Big Sur resort, Post Ranch Inn.
